Channel 1 Basin

Channel 1 Concrete Panel Replacement West of 66th Street North (North Side) – This project will be designed in Fiscal Year 2024/2025 and constructed in Fiscal Year 2025/2026. The repair will encompass approximately 900 linear feet of the side slope and bottom. In general, the project will replace failed concrete panels in close proximity to the Pinellas Secondary School property.

Channel 4 Basin

Channel 4 Concrete Panel Replacement from 68th Street to the West - 100% design has been completed, permitting is underway, to replace approximately 300 linear feet of failed concrete panels constructed over 40 years ago. This project is being implemented to continue to provide the necessary level-of-service for residents and businesses in the Channel 4 basin. Construction is expected to begin in Fiscal Year 2024/2025.

Channel 4E Basin

100% design has been completed for the bank repair located on 62nd Avenue to the North/Northwest, encompassing approximately 150 linear feet of channel. This portion of Channel 4E is to be upgraded to include gabion basket system along the slope and channel bottom. Construction is expected to begin in Fiscal Year 2024/2025.
